TRAINING DETAILS
There are two sessions players can attend.
Fortnightly on a Wednesday, a session is put on for Appleby Frodingham players only. This allows us to work on match specific tactics etc.

Wednesday: 19:00 - 8:30pm
£4 per session (first session free)

Weekly on a Thursday, a session is run by Epworth HC which is attended by their players, Appleby Frodingham and also Barton.
Thursdays: 7pm - 8:30pm
£5 per session (first session free)
